Notes

• All bookings are to be confirmed by a deposit within 21 days. After 21 days booking will lapse

• Dogs are welcome but on a leash at all times and under no circumstances in cabins. No exceptions
  

Cabins
Cabin kitchens are to be left as found. Clean and tidy with dishes & utensils washed, dried and put away. A $25 surcharge applies if the requirement is not met.

Rebooking policy
Occupants have the right to rebook the same site/cabin for the same dates the following year prior to leaving. If the site/cabin is vacated without a rebooking made or if a booking is cancelled or if a booking is not honoured then the right is forfeited. The right to rebook is subject to the site/cabin not being recategorised by the caravan park owner.

Site/cabin allocation
There is no minimum stay policy at the park, however management reserves the right to allocate (or reallocate a site/cabin) to enable maximum use of all sites/cabins.

Refund policy
Deposits on bookings are refundable where cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. A cancellation fee of $15 may be retained by management
